3 cups cow's milk
450 grams white chocolate
1/2 cups condensed milk
2 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (approx 40 g)
1 can table cream
50 grams bittersweet chocolate, melted
strawberries, as needed for decoration
icing sugar, for decoration
1/2 cups water, to hydrate the gelatin

Heat the milk and when it boils, add the chocolate over low heat. Stir until it dissolves Add the condensed milk.
Soak the gelatin in half a cup of water and melt it in the microwave until it becomes liquid again.
Add to the milk with the chocolate and stir quickly with a whisk.
Add the cream while continuing to stir.
Grease the bundt pan slightly with oil or cooking spray, or if using individual molds, also grease them.
Pour the mixture into the molds or into the pan. Refrigerate until set, approximately 6-8 hours.
Wash and disinfect the strawberries.
