White Chocolate Gelatin

Delicious and light gelatin. Made with white chocolate, ideal for a special occasion. Go ahead and prepare it, you will impress your family and guests. I share it with great pleasure.

  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 450 grams white chocolate
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (approx 40 g)
  • 1 can table cream
  • 50 grams bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • strawberries, as needed for decoration
  • icing sugar, for decoration
  • 1/2 cups water, to hydrate the gelatin

  • Heat the milk and when it boils, add the chocolate over low heat. Stir until it dissolves Add the condensed milk.
  • Soak the gelatin in half a cup of water and melt it in the microwave until it becomes liquid again.
  • Add to the milk with the chocolate and stir quickly with a whisk.
  • Add the cream while continuing to stir.
  • Grease the bundt pan slightly with oil or cooking spray, or if using individual molds, also grease them.
  • Pour the mixture into the molds or into the pan. Refrigerate until set, approximately 6-8 hours.
  • Wash and disinfect the strawberries.
