Yogurt Gelatin with Strawberry Sauce

  • 2 liters plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cups pecans
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1 cup Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups rum, coconut flavor
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 1 cup strawberries, without stem
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the sauce
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped into pieces, for decoration
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the sauce
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • For the gelatin, blend the natural yogurt with the nut, sweetened condensed milk, half cream, Philadelphia® cheese, and coconut rum until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. While still blending, add the gelatin in a thin stream.
  • In a gelatin mold, pour a little of the previous mixture, arrange the whole strawberries, and carefully fill with the rest of the gelatin so as not to disturb the strawberries. Refrigerate until set and unmold.
  • For the sauce, blend two cups of strawberries with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla essence.
  • Serve the gelatin with the strawberry sauce and decorate with pieces of strawberry and fresh mint.
