Ingredients: 2 liters plain yogurt; 1/4 cups pecans; 1 cup condensed milk; 1 cup table cream; 1 cup Philadelphia® cream cheese; 1/4 cups rum, coconut flavor; 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted; 1 cup strawberries, without stem; 1 cup condensed milk, for the sauce; 2 cups strawberries, chopped, for the sauce; 1 cup strawberries, chopped into pieces, for decoration; 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the sauce; peppermint, for decoration

For the gelatin, blend the natural yogurt with the nut, sweetened condensed milk, half cream, Philadelphia® cheese, and coconut rum until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. While still blending, add the gelatin in a thin stream. In a gelatin mold, pour a little of the previous mixture, arrange the whole strawberries, and carefully fill with the rest of the gelatin so as not to disturb the strawberries. Refrigerate until set and unmold.
