1 liter cow's milk, bronca
8 eggs
250 grams sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Boil the milk with the sugar. Once it starts to rise, remove from heat and let it cool.
Once at room temperature, add the eggs one by one and mix well with a whisk. Add vanilla.
Place the mixture in flan molds and bake in a water bath for about 1 hour at 220°C, check that they are golden on top.
Serve cold or hot.
