  • Boil the milk with the sugar. Once it starts to rise, remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Once at room temperature, add the eggs one by one and mix well with a whisk. Add vanilla.
  • Place the mixture in flan molds and bake in a water bath for about 1 hour at 220°C, check that they are golden on top.
  • Serve cold or hot.
