Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 liter milk, row
  • 8 eggs
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Boil the milk with the sugar. Once it starts to rise, remove from heat and let cool.
Once at room temperature, add the eggs 1 by 1 and mix well with balloon whisk. Add vanilla
Place the mixture in flaneras and take to the oven in a bain marie for about 1 hour at 220 ° C, check that they are golden brown on top.
Serve cold or hot.
