Keto Brownies

These keto brownies are a great option if you want to enjoy a delicious dessert without carbohydrates but with great flavor. These easy-to-make brownies are gluten-free and free of refined sugar, made with dark chocolate and almond flour to give you a break from strict diets. Try them fresh out of the oven, you will love them!

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened dark chocolate, 200 g
  • 4 San Juan® eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups butter, 120 g
  • 3/4 cups coconut sugar, 150 g
  • 1/2 cups almond flour, 70 g
  • 1 cup walnuts, 100 g, toasted and chopped
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • raspberries, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the dark chocolate with the butter; then place the bowl over a pot of boiling water to create a double boiler and melt the chocolate and butter mixture. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, using a whisk or a fork, mix the Huevo San Juan® and coconut sugar. Do not whisk too much, just combine the ingredients, as overmixing adds too much air to the batter, which is not what we want.
  • Add the Huevo San Juan® preparation to the melted chocolate and mix; finally, add the almond flour and walnuts and incorporate.
  • Pour the brownie mixture into a baking tray or dish of your choice and bake at 170 °C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
  • Cut the brownie and decorate with strawberries and raspberries.
