These keto brownies are an excellent option if you want to enjoy a delicious dessert without carbohydrates but with a great flavor. These easy to make brownies are gluten and refined sugar free, made from dark chocolate and almond flour to give you a break from strict diets. Try them fresh from the oven, you will love them!

Ingredients

9 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened dark chocolate, 200 g
  • 4 San Juan® Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups butter, 120 g
  • 3/4 cups coconut sugar, 150 g
  • 1/2 cups almond flour, 70 g
  • 1 cup walnut, 100 g, toasted and chopped
  • enough strawberry, to decorate
  • enough raspberry, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the dark chocolate with the butter; Then place the bowl over a pot of boiling water to make a double boiler and melt the chocolate-butter mixture. Reservation.
In another bowl and with the help of a hand mixer or fork, mix the San Juan® Egg and the coconut sugar. Do not beat too much, it only incorporates the ingredients, since by doing it in excess you add too much air to the preparation and that is not what we are looking for.
Add the Egg San Juan® preparation to the melted chocolate and mix; finally, add the almond flour and walnuts and incorporate.
Pour the brownie mixture into a tray or container you have chosen and bake the preparation at 170 ° C, for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
Cut the brownie and decorate with strawberries and raspberries.

PRESENTATION

Sliced and accompanied by strawberries and raspberries.

TIPS

The brownie mix, unlike other cake preparations, should be very moist on the inside. You will know that it is cooked when it is firm on the outside, without necessarily being hard.
