Preparation

In a bowl, mix the dark chocolate with the butter; then place the bowl over a pot of boiling water to make a double boiler and melt the chocolate and butter mixture. Reservation.
In another bowl and with the help of a hand mixer or a fork, mix the San Juan® Egg and the coconut sugar. Do not beat too much, only incorporate the ingredients, since doing it in excess adds too much air to the preparation and that is not what we are looking for.
Add the San Juan® Egg preparation to the melted chocolate and mix; finally, add the almond flour and walnuts and incorporate.
Pour the brownie mixture into a tray or container of your choice and bake the preparation at 170 ° C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
Cut the brownie and garnish with strawberries and raspberries.

PRESENTATION

Cut and accompanied by strawberries and raspberries.

TIPS

The brownie mix, unlike other cake toppings, should be very moist on the inside. You will know that it is cooked when it is firm on the outside, without necessarily being hard.
