Keto Gelatin

Try this delicious red fruit jelly, ideal to eat if you are on a keto diet. This easy dessert is low in carbohydrates and sugar but great in flavor. Keto gelatin has three incredible colors thanks to its main ingredients as it is made of strawberry, blackberry and raspberry. This keto jelly will undoubtedly conquer your palate and that of your guests.

  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • water
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • strawberries, and red berries, to decorate
  • peppermint, to decorate

  • To hydrate the gelatin, place it when it is powdered in a container and mix with the water until it has a semi-liquid consistency. Rest until set.
  • Heat the gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds or until it turns liquid. Repeat this step for each layer of the gelatin. Reservation.
  • For the blackberry jelly, blend the Greek yoghurt with stevia, blackberry and gelatin. Pour into the gelatin mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the strawberry jelly, blend the Greek yogurt with strawberry, vanilla, stevia, and gelatin. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the raspberry jelly, blend the Greek yogurt with raspberry, lemon juice, stevia and the gelatin and pour into the mold. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
  • Unmold and decorate with the red berries and mint. Enjoy.
