Keto Gelatin

Try this delicious red fruit gelatin, ideal to eat if you're on a keto diet. This easy dessert is low in carbohydrates and sugar but big in flavor. The keto gelatin has three amazing colors thanks to its main ingredients as it is made from strawberry, blackberry, and raspberry. This keto gelatin will undoubtedly delight your palate and that of your guests.

  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • water
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • strawberries, and red fruits, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • To hydrate the gelatin, place it in powder form in a container and mix with water until you achieve a semi-liquid consistency. Let it rest until it hardens.
  • Heat the gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds or until it becomes liquid. Repeat this step for each layer of the gelatin. Set aside.
  • For the blackberry gelatin, blend the Greek yogurt with stevia, blackberry, and gelatin. Pour into the gelatin mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the strawberry gelatin, blend the Greek yogurt with strawberry, vanilla, stevia, and gelatin. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the raspberry gelatin, blend the Greek yogurt with raspberry, lemon juice, stevia, and gelatin, then pour into the mold. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  • Unmold and decorate with red fruits and mint. Enjoy.
