  • 2 eggs, for the dough
  • 3 cups flour, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder, for the dough

  • 8 tablespoons cow's milk, for the dough
  • 7 tablespoons butter, for the coating
  • 5 tablespoons icing sugar, for the coating

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)
  • Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and milk one by one. Continue beating until you have a homogeneous mass.
  • Form balls of approximately 20 g and place them in a baking tray previously greased and floured. Bake 20 minutes or until browned. Let cool.
  • Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until creamy.
