  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime zest
  • 1 1/2 cups María cookies, whole and crushed
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream

  • For the filling, blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, cream cheese, and lemon juice until you have a smooth mixture, add the lemon zest, and set aside.
  • In a cupcake mold, place the liners and add a cookie at the bottom, pour the mixture from the previous preparation until halfway, place another cookie and fill to the top. Freeze for 1 hour. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whip the cream until it doubles in volume, store the whipped cream in a piping bag with a star tip, set aside.
  • Remove the cupcakes from the freezer, decorate with whipped cream, lemon zest, and cookies.
