A delicious and refreshing lemon gelatin with cream. A delightful dessert that you can present in different shapes to make it look radiant. It's easy to prepare and super tasty.
Grease 6 individual gelatin or souffle cups with a little vegetable oil.
Mix the milk and cream in a medium-sized pot. Add the vanilla and heat until it starts to boil, then remove from heat. Cover and let it cool for 30 minutes.
In a plate, mix the lemon juice with the gelatin and let it dissolve for 10 minutes.
Add the gelatin and sugar to the milk mixture and stir over low heat until dissolved. Remove from heat and add the cream and lemon zest. Divide into the cups and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
