This recipe for lemon ice pie is very easy, doesn't take much time, is economical, and tastes great!

1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cups lime juice
60 María cookies, crushed
1 stick butter, 90 g

Melt the butter
Place the 60 crushed Maria cookies and create a well.
Pour the melted butter into the cookie well and stir well until you obtain a uniform dough.
Place the covered cookies in a pie mold and press down with your fingers to form a flat crust.
Chill the pie base in the refrigerator for 15 minutes (the cookie dough in the mold).
Blend the pie filling: the condensed milk, sweet milk, and lemon juice.
After 15 minutes, you can remove the crust and add the pie filling on top.
Let it cool in the refrigerator until set.
Unmold and decorate to your liking (with whipped cream, lemon slices, etc.)
