Lemon Pancake without Eggs

Simple cake that does not require eggs. Ideal to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or afternoon. Do not wait any longer and prepare it.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Make a well and in the center incorporate butter, milk, vanilla, lemon juice. Finally add the lemon zest.
  • Stir everything until all the ingredients are incorporated in a homogeneous mixture.
  • Grease and flour a mold and pour the mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Insert a toothpick and remove the cake from the oven when it comes out clean.
  • Wait until it cools to unmold.
