  • 3 cups María cookies
  • 2 cream cheese, (190 g. each piece) cut into cubes and at room temperature
  • 2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1/8 cups lime zest
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • lime, sliced, for decoration

  • With the help of the food processor attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 7, process the cookies until you achieve a fine powder. Set aside.
  • With the help of the Braun® MultiQuick 7 whisk attachment, whip the cream cheese until smooth, add the condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest. Set aside.
  • With the help of the Braun® MultiQuick 7 whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream until it doubles in volume, gradually adding the previous mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Place your ice cream in a container and freeze until firm.
  • Remove from the freezer and sprinkle with the cookie powder. Enjoy.
