This easy lemon pie dessert with cereal is a great individual option to treat yourself. Enjoy preparing it with all the flavor of Cheerios® Oats and More grains from Nestlé® with 96% more whole grain. This dessert is classic, simple, and delicious.
In a bowl, mix Cheerios® Oats and More grains from Nestlé® with almonds, walnuts, and honey until combined. Pour the mixture onto a previously greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper; bake for 10 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the oven and cool.
Place the cold cereal mixture in a plastic bag, and using a rolling pin, press or hit the cereal until crushed. Pour the cereal powder into a bowl and mix with the melted butter, combining well.
In individual glasses (preferably glass), place some of the previous mixture, press down with a spoon, and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until the cereal becomes solid. Set aside.
Blend Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, yellow lemon juice, and lemon zest until combined.
Once the cereal layer is solid, remove the glasses from the refrigerator, fill with the previous mixture, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Decorate with yellow lemon, candied orange, and Cheerios® Oats and More grains from Nestlé®.
