This easy lemon pie with cereal dessert is a great individual option to pamper yourself. Enjoy making it with all the flavor of Cheerios® Oats and more Nestlé® grains with 96% more whole grain. This dessert is classic, simple and delicious.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Cheerios® oats and more grains
  • 1/4 cups almond, chopped, for the base
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped, for the base
  • 3 tablespoons bee honey, for the base
  • 1/4 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups greek yogurt, natural
  • 1/2 cups Nestlé® light condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cups cream cheese, Light
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, without seeds
  • lemon zest
  • yellow lemon, to decorate
  • orange, candied, for garnish
  • Cheerios® oats and more grains, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix the Cheerios® Oats and more Nestlé® grains along with the almond, walnut and honey until integrated. Pour the mixture on a previously greased tray with waxed paper and; bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove from the oven and cool.
Place the cold cereal mixture in a plastic bag, with the help of a roller press or tap the cereal until it pulverizes. Pour the cereal powder into a bowl and mix with the melted butter, integrate.
In individual glasses (preferably glass), place a little of the mixture from above, press with the help of a spoon and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until the cereal becomes solid. Reservation.
Blend the Greek yogurt, condensed milk, cream cheese, yellow lemon juice and lemon zest until integrated.
Once the cereal layer is solid, remove the cups from the refrigerator, fill with the previous mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Garnish with Lemon, Candied Orange, and Cheerios® Oatmeal and more Nestlé® grains.

TIPS

You can add hydrated or melted gelatin to the cheese and lemon mixture to speed up the process.
