Lemon Pie with Condensed Milk

  • 2 cups cookies
  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the base
  • 1 cup cream cheese, (190 g)
  • 1 cup condensed milk, (306 ml)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, (246 ml)
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • lime zest
  • whipped cream
  • cookies, small, for decoration
  • limes, to make slices, lemon twist, and zest

  • In a resealable bag, place the cookies and crush them with a rolling pin until they turn into powder. Set aside.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with the butter until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Place it over a tart base and press down to compact. Set aside.
  • Blend the cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest; pour over the cookie base and freeze for 8 hours.
  • Decorate with whipped cream, small cookies, lemon slices, lemon twist, and lemon zest.
