  • 2 cups cookies
  • 1 cup unsalted butter , melted, for the crust
  • 1 cup cream cheese, (190 g)
  • 1 cup condensed milk , (306 ml)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, (246 ml)
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • lime zest
  • whipped cream
  • cookies, small, for decorating
  • lemons, for making slices, lemon twists, and zest

  • Place the cookies in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they become powder. Set aside.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with the butter until you get a homogeneous dough. Place on a tart base and press to compact. Set aside.
