7 pieces of bread, stale, cut into cubes
2 cups cow's milk
1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
90 grams butter, melted
1/4 cups lime juice
2 limes, only the zest
1 cup icing sugar, for the glaze
4 tablespoons lime juice, for the glaze

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
For the pudding, place the bread in a bowl and soak with the milk for 10 minutes or until the bread is completely soaked.
Add the sugar, egg, vanilla essence, butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mix until combined.
Pour into a previously floured and greased mold, bake for 35 minutes, let cool, and set aside.
For the glaze, mix the sugar with the lemon juice.
Pour the glaze over the pudding, let it dry for 5 minutes, and decorate with lemon zest.
Serve accompanied by a cup of coffee.
