1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cups raw sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1 egg
3/4 cups pumpkin purée
1 tablespoon lime zest
1/3 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups icing sugar, for decoration
3 tablespoons lime juice, for decoration
1 tablespoon lime zest, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
With the help of an electric mixer, beat the pumpkin puree with the egg and add the zest. Gradually add the dry ingredients alternating with the oil.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 40 minutes or until cooked. Cool and unmold.
For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice in a bowl until combined. It should have a thick consistency.
Cover the bread with the glaze and decorate with the lemon zest.
