This refreshing lemon sorbet will delight you; in addition to being very easy to prepare, it is perfect for summer or a hot afternoon. It has an intense lemon flavor and the perfect touch of sugar.
In a small pot over medium heat, heat the water with the lemon juice and sugar.
Chill the preparation in a bowl with ice, water, and coarse salt.
Once cooled, place in the bowl of the mixer, previously frozen. Beat for a few minutes and freeze for periods of 15 minutes. Beat again and repeat until you achieve a sorbet.
Serve in ice cream cones and decorate with sugar pearls.
