Lemon Sorbet

This lemon sorbet is refreshing for summer. You can also serve it in spoons between times in a dinner.

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water, boiling
  • 1 1/8 cups lime juice

  • Put the sugar with the boiling water on top and stir until it dissolves. Add the lemon juice and let it cool a bit.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or until cold.
  • Put in an ice cream machine according to your instructions.
