This lemon sorbet is refreshing for summer. You can also serve it in spoons between times in a dinner.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups Water, boiling
  • 1 1/8 cups lemon juice

Preparation

Put the sugar with the boiling water on top and stir until it dissolves. Add the lemon juice and let it cool a bit.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until cold.
Put in an ice cream machine according to your instructions.

TIPS

1 liter of ice cream comes out.
