You have never tried a version like this of the classic Italian dessert. This lemon tiramisu is ideal to refresh and treat yourself. Several layers of ladyfingers soaked in Italian lemon syrup, with a creamy lemon-flavored mascarpone filling and an unmatched texture. You won’t believe it!
1 cup Great Value® granulated sugar, for the syrup
1 cup whipping cream
2 packages mascarpone cheese
1/2 cups lemon juice
30 ladyfingers

In a small pot, cook the lemon liqueur with the sugar and water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool and set aside.
Using a mixer, beat the heavy cream with the mascarpone cheese, lemon juice, zest, sugar, and lemon juice until well combined.
Soak the ladyfingers in the lemon syrup and place a layer in a baking dish or cake pan. Cover with a bit of the cream and repeat to form layers until the mold is filled.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, decorate with lemon zest, and serve.
