Light Almond Cookies

  • Pam® butter, canola oil butter-flavored spray
  • 200 grams light margarine
  • 2 1/2 cups flour 2 1/2 cups flour

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat the margarine and sugar. Add the extract, flour, and chopped almonds. Place tablespoons of the resulting dough on a baking sheet sprayed with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180°.
  • While they cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
