Ingredients

  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 200 grams light margarine
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup almond, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the margarine and sugar. Add the extract, flour and chopped almonds. Spoon the resulting dough into a pan sprayed with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 °.
While they cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with pieces of almonds on top of the cookies.
