This light bicolor gelatin recipe has an intense flavor of strawberry with oats and a delicious layer of sherry gelatin that adds a special touch. Decorate with fresh fruits.
1 box light strawberry gelatin to prepare with milk D´Gari®
1 cup oats
2 cups water
1 box D´Gari® light sherry gelatin dessert
1 cup strawberries, quartered, for decoration
5 grams spearmint, leaves for decoration

Prepare the Light Strawberry Gelatin to make with D´Gari® Milk. Pour the gelatin into 2 cups of cold milk, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot milk, mix until completely dissolved, and add the oats.
Pour the gelatin into cups, filling them 3/4 of the way, and place in the refrigerator to set.
Prepare the Light Sherry Gelatin D´Gari®. Pour the gelatin into 1 cup of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 1 cup of very hot water, mix until completely dissolved. Chill.
Fill the cups with the sherry gelatin and refrigerate until both layers are well set.
Decorate with strawberries and mint and serve.
