This bicolor light gelatin recipe has an intense strawberry flavor with oatmeal and a delicious layer of sherry jelly that gives it a special touch. Decorate with fresh fruits.
1 box light strawberry gelatin to prepare with milk D´Gari®
1 cup oats
2 cups water
1 box D´Gari® light sherry gelatin dessert
1 cup strawberries, cut into quarters, to decorate
5 grams spearmint, leaves to decorate

Prepare Light Strawberry Jelly to Prepare with D'Gari® Milk. Empty the gelatin in 2 cups of cold milk, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot milk, mix to dissolve completely and add the oatmeal.
Pour the gelatin into glasses filling 3/4 of its capacity and put it in the refrigerator.
Prepare the Sherry Gelatin Light D'Gari®. Empty the gelatin in 1 cup of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 1 cup of very hot water, mix to dissolve completely. Chill
Fill the glasses with the sherry jelly and refrigerate until the two layers are well curdled.
Decorate with strawberries and mint and serve.
