Light Bicolor Strawberry Gelatin with Oats and Sherry

This bicolor light gelatin recipe has an intense strawberry flavor with oatmeal and a delicious layer of sherry jelly that gives it a special touch. Decorate with fresh fruits.

  • 4 cups light milk
  • 1 box light strawberry gelatin to prepare with milk D´Gari®
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 box D´Gari® light sherry gelatin dessert
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut into quarters, to decorate
  • 5 grams spearmint, leaves to decorate

  • Prepare Light Strawberry Jelly to Prepare with D'Gari® Milk. Empty the gelatin in 2 cups of cold milk, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot milk, mix to dissolve completely and add the oatmeal.
  • Pour the gelatin into glasses filling 3/4 of its capacity and put it in the refrigerator.
  • Prepare the Sherry Gelatin Light D'Gari®. Empty the gelatin in 1 cup of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 1 cup of very hot water, mix to dissolve completely. Chill
  • Fill the glasses with the sherry jelly and refrigerate until the two layers are well curdled.
  • Decorate with strawberries and mint and serve.
