Light Corn Bread

Easy and healthy corn bread, I love this corn bread, it is very tasty and quick to make. If you really like corn, you will love this bread.

  • 2 ears corn
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 12 envelopes calorie-free sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 20 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, optional
  • 100 grams wheat flour

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Take a bit of butter and grease a mold; flour the mold; in a shallow container, cut the corn kernels (the container is to prevent the corn kernels from spilling).
  • In the blender, add the corn kernels, milk, butter, etc. (All the ingredients)
  • Blend all the ingredients; if you want a coarser texture, blend for about 2 minutes, otherwise blend for 2 more minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into the buttered and floured mold.
  • Place in the oven and bake for about an hour or until the surface of the bread starts to brown.
