Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 corn
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 12 envelopes No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 20 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, optional
  • 100 grams wheat flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Take a little butter and spread it in a mold; Flour the mold; In a shallow bowl cut the corn kernels (the container is so that the corn kernels are not watered).
In the blender add corn kernels, milk, butter, etc. (All the ingredients)
Blend all ingredients, with more whole grain liquefy for 2 minutes, otherwise liquefy 2 minutes more.
Empty the mixture into the buttered and floured mold.
Bake in the oven and bake for one hour or until it begins to brown the bread surface.

TIPS

After turning off the oven do not remove it, let it cool inside it.
