Light Flan with Berries

Prepare this delicious light vanilla flan with a delightful mix of berries and a refreshing touch of mint. This dessert is low in sugar and calories but very creamy and tasty. You will surely love it!

  • 4 cups light milk
  • 1 box D´Gari® light vanilla flan
  • 1/4 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cups blackberries
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 5 grams peppermint, for decoration

  • In a pot, pour the packet of Flan Light D´Gari® into warm milk, heat over low flame and stir until it begins to boil, remove from heat and stir very well for 3 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Pour the flan into small cups and refrigerate to set, for about 1 hour.
  • In a pot, cook the fruits with water over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the zest and remove from heat. Cool down.
  • Decorate the flans with the fruit and mint leaves.
