Light Lemon Gelatin and Spicy Cucumber

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 box D’Gari® light lemon gelatin dessert
  • 2 cucumbers, one grated
  • 1 tablespoon chile powder

  • Prepare the Light D´Gari® Lemon Gelatin. Pour the gelatin into 2 cups of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot water, mix until completely dissolved, and add the grated cucumber.
  • Pour the gelatin into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut the other cucumber into strips using a peeler, set aside.
  • Decorate the gelatin with cucumber strips and sprinkle with chili powder. Serve.
