Light Strawberry Gelatin with Blackberry and Chia

This light strawberry gelatin has two delicious layers. The first contains a mix of berries that give it a tangy touch, and the second layer is a delicious strawberry-flavored water gelatin with chia, all low in calories.

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 box D'Gari® light water gelatin strawberry flavor
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 boxes D'Gari® light water gelatin strawberry flavor
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup strawberry , slice
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 5 grams mint leaf , for decoration

  • Prepare the Light Strawberry Gelatin D´Gari®. Empty the gelatin into 2 cups of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot water, mix until completely dissolved.
  • Pour into a gelatin mold and place in the refrigerator until set.
  • Repeat the first step with the remaining water and gelatin. Mix with ½ cup of raspberries, ½ cup of blackberries, ½ cup of strawberries, and ½ cup of blueberries along with the chia.
  • Pour the mixture into the gelatin mold until full and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold the gelatin and decorate with the remaining fruit and mint leaves.
