This light strawberry gelatin has two delicious layers. The first contains a mix of berries that give it a tangy touch, and the second layer is a delicious strawberry-flavored water gelatin with chia, all low in calories.
1 box D'Gari® light water gelatin strawberry flavor
2 cups water
1/2 boxes D'Gari® light water gelatin strawberry flavor
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup strawberry , slice
1 cup blueberries
5 grams mint leaf , for decoration

Prepare the Light Strawberry Gelatin D´Gari®. Empty the gelatin into 2 cups of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot water, mix until completely dissolved.
Pour into a gelatin mold and place in the refrigerator until set.
Repeat the first step with the remaining water and gelatin. Mix with ½ cup of raspberries, ½ cup of blackberries, ½ cup of strawberries, and ½ cup of blueberries along with the chia.
Pour the mixture into the gelatin mold until full and refrigerate until set.
Unmold the gelatin and decorate with the remaining fruit and mint leaves.
