This light strawberry gelatin has two delicious layers. The first is a mix of forest fruits that give a touch of acidity and the second layer is a delicious water jelly strawberry flavor with chia, all low in calories.

Preparation
Prepare Light D'Gari® Strawberry Gelatin. Empty the gelatin in 2 cups of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot water, mix to dissolve completely.
Pour into a jelly pan and place in the refrigerator until set.
Repeat the first step with the remaining water and gelatin. Mix with ½ cup of raspberries, ½ cup of blackberries, ½ cup of strawberries and ½ cup of blueberry and chia.
Pour the mixture into the jelly mold until it is full and refrigerate until it settles.
Unmold the jelly and decorate with the remaining fruit and the mint leaves.
