Light Strawberry Gelatin with Milk, Grapes, and Walnut

  • 1 liter water
  • 1 envelope D´Gari® light grape gelatin dessert
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 liter soy milk
  • 1 envelope D'Gari® light milk gelatin strawberry flavor
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut into small cubes
  • peppermint
  • strawberries, quartered, for decoration

  • Prepare the D'Gari® light grape-flavored gelatin according to the package instructions.
  • Pour the grape gelatin into a mold, add the walnuts, and refrigerate until set.
  • For the strawberry milk gelatin, heat the milk over medium heat, remove from heat, and dissolve the D'Gari® strawberry-flavored milk gelatin.
  • Pour the strawberry gelatin over the grape gelatin, add the strawberries and mint leaves, and refrigerate until set. Unmold and decorate with more strawberries and fresh mint.
