1/2 kilos vegetable shortening
1 beer, at room temperature
sugar, to taste
jam, to taste
cajeta, to taste
cinnamon, to taste

Sift flour into a bowl.
Add lard and begin to knead.
Incorporate the beer at room temperature until the dough is uniform, and let it rest.
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Roll out the dough and cut circles of the desired size.
Fill with cajeta or jam and seal with a fork.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Once out of the oven, roll in sugar.
