150 grams lard, soft
130 grams icing sugar, powdered
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
250 grams flour
200 grams raspberry jam

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180ºC).
In a bowl, mix the butter with the powdered sugar until the mixture is creamy.
Add the egg yolks and essence, mix. Add the sifted flour and combine.
Take portions of dough and form spheres with your floured palms.
Place them on a greased and floured baking sheet.
With your finger, make a small hole in the center of each cookie.
Put the jam in a piping bag and fill the holes.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
