Low Sugar Almond Cookies

Exquisite almond cookies to leave a good taste in your mouth.

  • 2 cups almonds, ground
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 4 envelopes no calorie sweetener

  • Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix them (do not add the almonds yet).
  • Place the mixture in a blender and gradually add the almonds.
  • On a baking tray, place wax paper and start making your cookies.
  • Put in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy!
