2 cups almonds, ground
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
4 envelopes no calorie sweetener

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix them (do not add the almonds yet).
Place the mixture in a blender and gradually add the almonds.
On a baking tray, place wax paper and start making your cookies.
Put in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
