Ingredients

0 portions
  • 2 cups almond, ground
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 envelopes no calorie sweetener

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
In a bowl, invert all the ingredients and mix them (do not add the almonds yet).
Put the mixture in a blender and add the almonds little by little.
On a baking sheet, place waxed paper and start making your cookies.
Put in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven and enjoy them!

PRESENTATION

With the almonds that you set aside you can decorate your cookies before baking with pieces of almonds on top and when they are ready you can add a little low calorie sweetener to enhance their presentation.
