1 1/2 cups sugar
7 ounces sour cream, of marshmallows
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 sticks butter
2 cups Hershey Kisses chocolate, special dark
1 cup macadamia nut, in pieces
1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence

Wrap a Pyrex with aluminum, extending it well at the edges.
Mix the sugar, cream of marshmallow, evaporated milk, and butter in a pot. Stir constantly for five minutes over medium heat.
Turn off the heat and add the chocolate chips just until they melt. Add the macadamia nuts and vanilla, and pour into the Pyrex.
Refrigerate for one hour or until the chocolate is firm. Then cut into squares.
