Macadamia Nut Fudge

Delicious chocolate recipe with macadamia!! Make it this Children's Day for your kids!!

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 7 ounces sour cream, of marshmallows 7 ounces sour cream, of marshmallows
  • 1 can evaporated milk 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 sticks butter 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups Hershey Kisses chocolate, special dark
  • 1 cup macadamia nut, in pieces
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence

  • Wrap a Pyrex with aluminum, extending it well at the edges.
  • Mix the sugar, cream of marshmallow, evaporated milk, and butter in a pot. Stir constantly for five minutes over medium heat.
  • Turn off the heat and add the chocolate chips just until they melt. Add the macadamia nuts and vanilla, and pour into the Pyrex.
  • Refrigerate for one hour or until the chocolate is firm. Then cut into squares.
