Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 7 ounces cream, of chocolates
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups Hershey Kiss chocolate, special dark
  • 1 cup macadamia nut, in pieces
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Preparation

Wrap a pyrex with aluminum spreading it well on the edges.
Mix the sugar, the chocolate cream, the evaporated milk and the butter in a pot. Stir constantly for five minutes over medium heat.
Turn off the heat and add the chocolate sparks only until the sparks melt. Add the macadamia and vanilla and empty in the pyrex.
Refrigerate for an hour or until the chocolate is firm. Then cut into squares.
