1/2 cups sugar
75 grams butter, melted
3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 lime zest
1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence

Sift the flour with the baking powder. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until white and fluffy.
Add the butter, mixing well. On low speed, incorporate the flour, vanilla, and zest.
Cover the bowl and let it rest for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease and flour the madeleine molds.
After one hour, mix the batter and spoon it into the molds. They should not be filled completely as they will rise.
Bake for 10 to 11 minutes. As soon as you take them out of the oven, remove them from the mold and let them cool on a rack.
