Preparation
Sift the flour with the baking powder. In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar until they are white and fluffy.
Add the butter, stirring well. At low speed add the flour, vanilla and scrape.
Cover the bowl and let stand for one hour.
Heat the oven to 375ºF. Grease and flour the Madeleines molds.
After an hour mix the pasta and spread with a spoon in the molds. They should not be full as they will go up.
Bake for 10 or 11 minutes. As soon as we remove them from the oven, remove from the mold and let cool in a rack.
