Mango Ice Cream

With this recipe you can prepare a delicious creamy mango ice cream in a matter of minutes to serve as a dessert after your lunch or dinner.

  • 2 mangoes, Manila
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cups mango pulp, (finely chopped)

  • Peel and bone the mangoes to obtain the pulp. Blend it with condensed milk and yogurt.
  • Empty the mixture on the pieces of mango and integrate well.
  • Empty in sturdy individual containers, and place in the freezer three hours before serving.
