  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 kilo mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • Place the Royal Prestige® 4-Quart Stockpot on top of the Royal Prestige® Precision Cook, turn on the scale function and weigh the water, sugar and mangoes. Later, add the lemon juice and the cinnamon stick.
  • Cover the pot and use the timer function of your Royal Prestige® Precision Cook to cook the mangoes in syrup for 25 minutes.
  • Once the mangoes in syrup are ready, let them rest and allow them to cool before storing in glass jars.
