Maria Cupcake

This is a very easy recipe to make with incredible results. These fluffy cupcakes are perfect for your parties. Decorate them as you like and impress your guests.

  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy; when it reaches a fluffy texture, add the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  • Next, add the milk, vanilla, and the flour with the salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix without overworking it.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place the cupcake liners in the cupcake mold and fill them 3/4 of the way. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.
  • Decorate with a little French meringue and a mint leaf.
