In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy; when it reaches a fluffy texture, add the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
Next, add the milk, vanilla, and the flour with the salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix without overworking it.
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place the cupcake liners in the cupcake mold and fill them 3/4 of the way. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.
Decorate with a little French meringue and a mint leaf.
