10 grams unflavored gelatin powder
2 tablespoons glucose syrup
130 milliliters water
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
1 tablespoon titanium dioxide
1 drop red food coloring, Add a few drops to make it pink.

In a flower-shaped mold, grease with oil and refrigerate.
Hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve in a double boiler add the sugar, glucose, and stir until well dissolved.
Remove from heat and add the dioxide, vanilla, and food coloring, incorporating them well.
Pour into the molds and refrigerate for 2 hours, then remove from the mold and sprinkle with sugar.
