  • 130 milliliters water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon titanium dioxide

  • In a flower-shaped mold, grease with oil and refrigerate.
  • Hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve in a double boiler add the sugar, glucose, and stir until well dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and add the dioxide, vanilla, and food coloring, incorporating them well.
  • Pour into the molds and refrigerate for 2 hours, then remove from the mold and sprinkle with sugar.
