Delicious marshmallow in the form of a flower, prepare them in the spring or for a children's party, they will love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 250 grams refined sugar
  • 10 grams gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons glucose
  • 130 milliliters Water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon titanium dioxide
  • 1 drop red food color , put a few drops to make it pink

Preparation

In a flower-shaped mold oil and refrigerate.
Hydrate the grenetine in water and dilute in a bain-marie. Add the sugar, the glucose and stir until the oil is well dissolved.
Remove from the heat and add the dioxide, vanilla and dye well integrated.
Empty the molds and let cool for 2 hours removed from the mold and sprinkle with sugar.

PRESENTATION

In cellophane bags put them and close them with a ribbon of color.

TIPS

Take care to put the exact amounts because if you do not put them there will not be marshmallow left.
