250 grams almonds, peeled ground almonds
250 grams icing sugar
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons cognac
1 tablespoon lime juice

In a deep bowl, mix the almonds, sugar, lemon juice, and cognac.
Gradually add the egg whites to obtain a sticky dough (be careful not to make it too wet).
Knead the dough with your hands to smooth it out and wrap it in plastic.
