250 grams almonds, peeled ground
250 grams icing sugar
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons cognac
1 tablespoon lime juice

In a deep bowl mix the almonds, sugar, lemon juice and brandy.
Gradually add the egg whites to obtain a sticky dough (be careful not to get too wet).
Work the dough with your hands to smooth it out and wrap it in plastic.
