Marzipan Gelatins

This recipe is perfect for marzipan lovers.

  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2/3 cups water
  • 6 mazapanes
  • 360 grams evaporated milk
  • 375 grams condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • In a bowl, add the gelatin and hydrate with 2/3 of water, let it sit for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, put it in the microwave for one minute.
  • Put in the blender the whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, the 4 marzipans, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, and the gelatin, blend until the ingredients are integrated and pour into a container or gelatin molds.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm enough to serve with a little marzipan sprinkled on top.
