This recipe is for French meringue; you can add food coloring of your choice or separate the mixture to make multiple colors.

5 egg whites
150 grams sugar
150 grams powdered sugar
green food coloring

Beat the egg whites until frothy. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat.
Fold in the powdered sugar. Add 2 drops of food coloring and mix.
Place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe circles of your desired size onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 120ºC for approximately 30 minutes
