This recipe is French meringue, you can put dye of the color you want or separate the mixture and make many colors.

Ingredients

24 portions
  • 5 egg whites
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 grams powdered sugar
  • green food color

Preparation

Beat the whites to fluff. Add the sugar little by little and keep beating.
Add the glass sugar in an enveloping way. Add 2 ace of dye and mixture.
Put the mixture in a pastry bag and on a tray with star paper make circles of the size you want.
Bake at 120ºC for about 30 minutes
